Love this place. Started coming here while Keto for their low carb breakfast option and have been coming back since because the breakfast wraps are so good. See photos for examples. They also have local hot sauces and other items for sale.
an uber hip place on Carlaw street just south of Dundas East. Delicious wraps, an impressive selection of donuts and lots of healthy/GF/vegan/vegetarian merchandise. a couple of sidewalk tables. very friendly and attentive employees and a nice vibe. a great addition to the neighbourhood.
I thoroughly enjoy my first visit here. A great space with lots of wonderful nutritious and delicious foods. A great selection of panty staples and frozen items. Fruit and locally made foods. Beautiful doughnuts and a wide selection of beverages! The staff were very friendly and I very much enjoyed my items. Will be back!
Excellent place to grab a quick healthy lunch. This place reminds me of the many “grab and go” LA has to offer with healthy salads and a protein to top it off. This place is what you would consider flexitarian (meaning this place offers meat and plant protein as an easy replacements). Plus the cafe does just about everything and there’s wide array of pastries including gluten free and dairy free options.
Loved the catering I got - really fresh and delicious gluten free options. The energy and protein balls were a highlight. The smoothies were excellent, serving sizes large for everything. Highly recommend!
Really cool space with lots of nutritious food! They have a great freezer section and lots of unique treats. I tried the lasagna, chicken wrap, and protein and energy balls.
I have been searching far and wideeeeee for the perfect wrap and i didn’t think it would be that complicated but my gosh it is !! There’s a secret to making a good wrap and this place has it all the way figured out. Literally the most delicious simple chicken avacado wrap i can’t wait to try all of the wraps and sandwiches. The best !!! The donut was just okay but i think it’s because i came at the end of the day. Will give it another try. Service was great !!
I really love this place. Such a local gem and one of the few places that has healthy, yummy, artisanal food that I can quickly and easily get to-go (even though they do have a cute seating area). The hot bevys and homemade donuts are also insanely good. The service has been top notch - friendly, knowledgable and speedy... Looking at you Steven
